Fully Automatic Filling Machine for Small Barrels

This equipment is metering pump type edible oil filling machine developed by our company on our own, characterized in high precision, high speed, and wide application. Besides the frequently used barrel, it can meet the filling requirements of ones in smaller sizes as much as possible.

It can meet the demands for different materials (can be used for PET, PE barrel, glass bottle, tinplate barrel, etc.) and capacities. (common ones are mini-barrel of 50-1000ml, small barrel of 1-5L.)

Automatically clipping bottle mouth: more precise bottleneck positioning;

Internal transit tank: to eliminate level and pressure difference inside the oil tank to stabilize the filling precision;

One nozzle corresponds to one pump: in stable flow without interfering with each other;

Two independent conveying belts: filling and cap pressing are independent in smooth and reasonable process;

Crawler type cap presser: stable and reliable.

It effectively enhances stability and precision of filling with one nozzle corresponding to one pump through independent research and development. When the filling is over, the oil would automatically withdrawn with leakage.

There is transit tank inside the filling machine, ensuring that the filling is not restricted and affected by external conditions like distance of raw material tank and liquid level.

The equipment can automatically calibrate the filling and store multiple filling parameters. 

When the equipment is shut down, the oil sump under the nozzle will be automatically stretched out and the oil draining valve of the reflux drum will be opened automatically.

Automatic clipping system can precisely identify bottles of inconsistent arrangement, ensuring that the nozzle and bottleneck are in identical position.

With dual power conveying belt, filling and cap pressing are independent without interfering with each other.

Oil pipelines are all 304 stainless steel bellows, avoiding pollution to guarantee oil safety.

The filling area is closed with neat appearance and dust-proof, in compliance with food safety regulations.
